Of course, you can pay in cash in our hotel, but also by debit card or credit card. Normally, the overnight stay is due upon arrival.

The Hotel Südstern has five barrier-free rooms. They are located on the 2nd floor and are easily accessible by lift.

Our rooms are available from 15:00. On request, an earlier arrival is possible.

Check-out must be done by 10:00 am.

Each of our bathrooms has a hairdryer.

In the vicinity there is a bakery or a café. See also point breakfast.

Your booking is guaranteed in any case until 18.00. If you arrive after 18.00 o'clock, we ask for the deposit of a credit card for the guarantee. Payment is not necessarily made via credit card, but normally on arrival.

Pets are not allowed with us.

Our Hotel Südstern offers free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, in each room two WLAN accesses are available: an extra room WLAN and the hotel WLAN. In addition, you will find a LAN connection both in the rooms and in the lounge café.

Each room is equipped with a Nespresso capsule machine and coffee capsules.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, our guests can turn them on at any time and regulate them according to their own wishes, provided only that the window is closed.

The rooms at the Hotel Südstern do not have minibars. We are happy to offer chilled drinks from the vending machine in our lounge café. There you also have the opportunity to store your own food in our refrigerator with lockable compartments.

On request we can provide a small fridge in your room.

Subject to availability, our underground parking spaces and the parking lot in front of the hotel are available free of charge (until now always sufficient).

Our prices depend on season and availability. As a rule, it is always beneficial if you book on time. But even short-term bookings can sometimes benefit from reasonable prices.

Smoking is not allowed in our hotel.

Each room has a flat screen TV with sky entertainment program. The complete sports programme of the sky channel is at your disposal in our lounge café.
